For your instant CNC custom quote upload your .step, .stp, .igs, .iges, .sat or .sldprt file(s) to the box on left and they will be quickly analyzed for cut lengths, size, material, and mechanical drilling required. It’s up to you to ensure that the minimum wall thickness for each object is greater than 1 mm. Units are specified in the files (mm, cm, or in), choose parameters, and proceed to purchase. ***Please remember that you are responsible for correct files as we may not catch all issues before manufacturing.

We get your order, check your files and contact you if necessary. Once we are done with the analysis we set up your files to be cut on one of our industrial machines and quickly produce the parts as specified.

Your parts are carefully packaged and shipped via the chosen method. We guarantee our work so if they aren’t as expected we will work with you to make sure you get what you need.

If there are bends required then choose the number of bends here. Bend markers should be colored red in the file and specific instructions can be included in the comments field, a STEP file showing the finished product after the bends is required.

Choose taps here, tap holes in the CNC file should match the requirement for each tap. A PDF file detailing the tap locations and specifications is required so that we can insure its done correctly.

  • Powder Coating – Powder coating adds a thin layer of tough, wear and corrosion-resistant, protecting polymer paint.
  • Hard Anodizing – Hard coat anodizing creates a thicker, high- density ceramic coating that gives excellent corrosion and wear resistance.
